Homeowner Engagement Specialist

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder with prior experience in related roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive communication style.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine desire to help advise homeowners on their renovation journey.
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with a willingness to adapt and grow.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills.
