Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site work and monitor progress against schedule.
  • Resolve site matters related to M&E services.
  • Verify material quality and workmanship.
  • Arrange for site inspections with consultants.
  • Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings for approval.
  • Manage sub-contractors' works and progress.
  • Liaise with authorities for commissioning work.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (preferably in Building projects).
  • Good communication skills and leadership qualities to supervise workers.
  • Core-trade Supervisor is an added advantage.
