Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury PR Specialist to elevate our brand's presence across Asia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive public relations strategy, securing high-profile media coverage, and creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a tailored public relations approach to position our luxury brand as the market leader in Asia.
  • Create compelling thought leadership content and amplify executive visibility through targeted social media initiatives.
  • Lead strategic product launches, including press events and immersive storytelling experiences tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and other key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with industry leaders and influencers by delivering exceptional press experiences and private client briefings.
  • Stay ahead of emerging issues by managing rapid-response communications and developing crisis management plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to track earned media reach, message pull-through, sentiment analysis, and conversion metrics.
  • Foster collaboration with external agencies and partners by setting clear objectives, service-level agreements, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading complex public relations campaigns for premium brands, ideally within the luxury or automotive sectors.
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained over at least ten years in senior public relations roles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to craft influential narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Showcase commercial awareness by linking public relations activities to business outcomes.
  • Display integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information or high-profile clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with CRM systems, media monitoring platforms, or digital asset management libraries.
  • Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, are advantageous for engaging with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
