Marine Electrical Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marine Electrical Automation Specialist to join our team.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot marine automation systems on board vessels and in workshops.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and automation equipment, including PLCs, sensors, controllers, and motor drives.
- Integrate new automation technologies with existing ship systems and third-party systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of vessel systems. This includes integrating new technologies, diagnosing faults, and maintaining compliance with maritime safety and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. They will also have hands-on experience in marine automation and electrical systems, preferably in shipbuilding, repair, or offshore projects.
Required skills and qualifications include proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and marine automation platforms. Knowledge of power distribution, engine control systems, ballast water treatment systems, and navigation integration is also essential.
