Job Title: Site Supervisor

As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading workers to perform on-site work for carpentry formworks and reinforcement of concrete works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all timber formwork structural reinforcement and job requirements are met as per SS specifications.
  • Able to read drawings and carry out construction work involving formwork/reinforcement/concreting.
  • Able to have timber/aluminium/steel structural formwork acknowledged and do costing of formwork materials.
  • Responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, calculation quantity of material requirement, and monitoring shutter making and assembling process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Construction experience with knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, and concreting processes.
  • Quality control skills with attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Architectural drawing skills with the ability to interpret and implement design plans.
