Job Title: HVAC Retrofit Specialist

The primary function of this role is to design, size, and implement energy-efficient HVAC retrofit solutions for commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed project plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for clients based on their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales consultants and managers, to identify business opportunities and execute service jobs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • SOURCE and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies and recommend innovative solutions for project improvements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry – strong technical knowledge required.
  • Familiarity with various HVAC systems and their components.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC/Mechanical contracting practices.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management principles an asset.
