Pharmaceutical Production Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead and manage production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations, with experience in managing a team of production staff and ensuring efficient and timely production processes.
- Lead and manage production operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage a team of production staff, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations within the pharmaceutical industry is also required.
