Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Optimal Facility Conditions: Ensure that all facilities within the shopping centre are well-maintained and operate efficiently.
  • Build Relationships with Tenants and Contractors: Foster positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and superior landlords to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Oversee Renovation and Reinstatement Work: Coordinate and supervise renovation and reinstatement work for tenants, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Supervise Shopping Centre Operations: Take charge of supervising daily shopping centre operations, including managing term contracts and monitoring service standards.
  • Manage Emergency Situations: Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as evacuations and incidents requiring reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Prepare Annual Budgets: Propose annual budgets for the department, taking responsibility for expenditure and capital expenditures.

Requirements:


  • Relevant Working Experience: Preferably more than five (5) years of experience in shopping centre management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or Real Estate Management studies, or equivalent qualification.
  • Skill Set: Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills, strong critical and analytical skills, and knowledge of AutoCad software is advantageous.
