Job Description:
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Transformation Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to contact new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email, identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Contact new and existing clients daily to identify sales opportunities and provide solutions
* Improve client experience by driving optimal product adoption and managing a portfolio of SMB clients to grow revenue
* Provide pre- and post-sales assistance within scope and area of knowledge
* Become an expert on client advertising solutions and identify trends to solve problems
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
* Time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
* Business development, sales account management, or consultative selling experience is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Taiwanese customers
