Job Title: Manufacturing Transition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Transition Specialist to assist in transitioning R&D designs to serial production through supplier outsourcing.
- Define and develop necessary testing tools to ensure quality standards are met during production for both CIP and ongoing manufacturing.
- Maintain and provide technical support for existing module test systems used at our locations to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Assemble and validate new test equipment for modules to support production scalability and quality control.
- Collaborate with the Hardware Development teams by assembling prototypes, offering practical feedback on manufacturability, assembly ease, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with our facilities team to resolve technical and quality-related concerns.
- Support the Change Control process to ensure machine Bill of Materials (BOM) are consistently updated.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a Mechatronics or Robotics environment.
- Skilled in system debugging and troubleshooting, or willing to develop these skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Structured and goal-oriented approach to work.
- Proficient in complex module and machinery assembly.
