Job Title: Regional Health System Volunteer Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our volunteer network in the Regional Health System Office.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will build a strong network of volunteers to support community health promotion activities. This includes:
- Developing relationships with community partners to identify volunteer opportunities
- Recruiting, managing, and deploying volunteers to suitable activities
- Creating training materials and conducting training sessions for volunteers
- Designing new volunteer activities to promote health and well-being in the community
Key Accountabilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to translate concepts into actionable goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in volunteer management, preferably in healthcare or social services, is essential. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required.
