Bell Attendant Position Overview

The Bell Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our guests. Their primary responsibility is to assist with luggage and belongings, maintaining an orderly hotel driveway.

This crucial position sets the tone for the guest's overall experience, making it imperative that our Bell Attendants embody excellent etiquette and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional assistance with guest luggage, car, and hotel doors
  • Ensure timely delivery of luggage and items
  • Maintain a seamless arrival and departure experience by greeting guests warmly and bidding them farewell
  • Keep the bell desk, bell store, luggage trolley, hotel front doors, and porte-cochere tidy and clean
  • Arrange transportation requests for guests
  • Build rapport with guests to ensure satisfaction with our service quality
Talent Profile:

We seek individuals with a minimum O' Levels qualification and at least one year of work experience in guest services or bell desk operations.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player who can work well under pressure, providing top-notch service to our guests while upholding our hotel's high standards.
