We are seeking a self-driven, customer-centric individual to join our Retail Banking department as a Prestigious Wealth Management Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mass-affluent customers.
The successful candidate will focus on providing holistic financial planning solutions to address the unique needs of our customers, while growing their wealth with us. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive financial advice and wealth management solutions for prestige clients, including insurance and investment products
- Staying up-to-date with the bank's products and services to meet the evolving financial needs of customers
- Developing and deepening relationships with assigned customers, expanding the customer base and establishing new relationships to drive revenue growth
- Consistently meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional results
- Degree qualification or higher in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial advisory roles, preferably in banking and/or financial services
- Holding necessary regulatory certifications for advising investment products under the FAA framework, CMFAS Modules 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, and Health Insurance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and professional conduct with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment products, industry trends, and best practices
