We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a key role.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.

  • Provide legal advice and support across business operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and applicable international regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, client, partnership, employment, and service agreements.
  • Advise management on legal risks, corporate governance, intellectual property, and data privacy matters.
  • Manage regulatory and licensing matters relevant to the industry.
  • Liaise with external counsel when necessary and manage litigation or dispute resolution processes.
  • Assist in company secretarial duties, including preparation for board meetings, filings, and maintaining statutory registers.

Requirements:

  • LL.B or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Above 10 years of PQE, ideally with experience in a corporate/commercial law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
