We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the marketing and promotional activities for our MSc degree programmes at a reputable institution. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the programmes, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in outreach events to promote the MSc programmes
  • Coordinate and organise events, such as info sessions and coffee chats, to engage with prospective students
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to design and implement campaigns promoting the programmes
  • Research and identify potential corporates and companies for business-to-business marketing opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with these companies to explore scholarship and admission opportunities for their employees
Direct Marketing Campaigns
  • Co-manage email marketing campaigns and activities for the various MSc programmes
  • Analyse current campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Leverage on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maximise marketing opportunities
  • Track leads and applicants, following up throughout their journey and process
Content Management and Marketing
  • Act as a brand guardian, working closely with stakeholders to maintain the look and feel of online communications and the tone of voice of copy
  • Handle programme-related enquiries from prospects and gather insights on generating relevant content strategy
  • Contribute to the development and management of content ideas (including copy, visuals, infographics, etc.) for email marketing, social media, and student blogs
Research and Reporting
  • Conduct periodic research on customers, market conditions, and competitors
  • Analyse and report on return on investment for different marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing academic programmes in tertiary institutions
  • Some Business Development experience is preferred
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in working in cross-cultural settings
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and good documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines well, with high accuracy
  • Team player with a good balance of intelligence, emotional quotient, and cultural sensitivity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
