Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Securitisation Finance Expert to join our team.

  • Lead or support deals end-to-end, including origination, structuring, execution and distribution/syndication of securitised products and asset-backed financing.
  • Partner with relationship managers to pitch, win and execute mandates.
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to cross-sell activities.
  • Analyse, structure and perform due diligence on transactions that vary in complexity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in securitisation / structured credit / asset-backed finance, with 5-10+ years of experience.
  • Excellent credit, structuring and execution skills, combined with commercial acumen.
  • Broad exposure to traditional securitised / structured products - ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, CLNs, Re-packs, Synthetics/SRTs, Trade Finance securitisations.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and emerging markets is desirable.
  • Familiarity with key legal and regulatory considerations; accounting and tax issues; and hedging techniques relevant to securitisation.
