Responsibilities

Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

The Distribution and Credit Solutions (DCS) division is the centre of expertise and single point of entry for financial engineering/structuring, distribution, and trading of structured credit products. The Securitisation and Fund Finance team focuses on origination and structuring of securitisation, structured credit, loans, repack solutions, and fund financing, providing asset-backed solutions to corporates, financial institutions, insurance companies, funds, asset managers, and related entities.

The division operates internationally with teams in Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Transaction origination: supporting client discussions, pitches, structuring, research, market intelligence, and preparing marketing materials.
  • Transaction execution: structuring, documentation review, transaction modeling, data analysis, credit applications, and liaising with involved teams.
  • Transaction monitoring: overseeing transaction performance and credit renewal processes.
  • Technical expertise development: maintaining high technical knowledge related to DCS offerings.

Profile required

  • University degree in business, commerce, law, engineering, or science.
  • Experience in asset-backed products, securitisation, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
  • Knowledge of key players in asset-backed products, fund finance, and securitisation.
  • Ability to produce clear and compelling pitch materials.
  • Risk management capabilities aligned with SG Group values and regulations.
