Job Opportunity: Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Accounts Assistant. This position involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About the Position:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting schedules.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports (BS, PL, and relevant schedules).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bookkeeping and Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records and perform accounting tasks as required.
  2. Tax Services: Prepare and submit tax returns and other tax filings in compliance with regulations.
  3. Financial Statements and Audit: Compile accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • 1 year of accounting experience, preferably including double-entry.
  • Basic understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
