Senior Architectural Project Director

Sought after Senior Architectural Project Lead to oversee the architectural aspects of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, and project team members to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Architectural Project Lead will be responsible for:
- Organizing trades schedules and coordinating architectural tasks.
- Ensuring that architectural drawings and material samples are submitted on time.
- Planning and overseeing site activities.
- Conducting regular inspections and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Verifying that all works meet specified requirements, including Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, quality standards, and government regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum Diploma in Architecture, preferably a degree recognized by BOA.
At least 10 years' relevant experience as an Architectural Manager in large-scale projects is required.
Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage or projects of similar scale and complexity.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package and discretionary bonus. You will also receive telephone allowance. Working hours are 5 days (Central) / 5.5 days (North).
