Job Title: Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural projects from design development to construction completion. As a senior coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments.

This role involves managing project timelines, conducting site visits, providing technical guidance to junior architects and CAD technicians, and resolving design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings. You will also work closely with the construction team to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

  • Project Coordination: Develop and maintain project timelines for completion.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Team Supervision: Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians.
  • Design Conflict Resolution: Resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, at least 2 years of experience in architectural site coordination with building projects, and experience working for A1 main contractors.
