Job Summary:

A highly skilled Support Analyst is required to join our production support team, working closely with cross-functional teams, IT development, and business users. The successful candidate will provide application production support, independently debug complex issues, and manage root cause analysis to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 24 * 6 production support for the APAC region as a team member of the L2 production support team located across Singapore and India.
  • Provide application production support for Cash Management and filtering and AML systems within Asia Pacific.
  • Independently debug and propose resolution/work-around for complex production issues.
  • Manage root cause analysis where necessary and ensure resulting action items are completed.
  • Coordinate across various teams to effectively manage production issues and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure issues are reported, tracked, followed up, and escalated timely.
  • Resolve or coordinate the resolution of issues through problem management process with other internal teams and/or vendors.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in SAP SD Billing, SAP SD Returns Processing, Order-to-Cash processes, logistic execution, info structure creation, configuration, and updated rules, etc., in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, they should have experience with structured testing internally and with users, ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients. Key areas of focus include:

  • SAP implementation, customization, and configuration.
  • Project design with strong project implementation in Sales & Distribution and Material Management, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
  • Subject Matter Expert in carrying out SAP SD implementation projects integration with other modules like Material Management.
