Our team seeks a skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our ranks. This role involves reviewing weekly global cash reports for accuracy and completeness. You will also be responsible for managing high-volume payment operations, ensuring sufficient balances and proper routing to authorized signatories.

The successful candidate will facilitate the migration of transactional tasks to Shared Service Centers (SSC), monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements. They will coordinate account openings/closures and ensure timely execution of required documentation. Additionally, they will review surplus funds and execute foreign exchange settlements, including arranging physical signings when necessary.

Maintaining and updating bank signatory records in line with approved directives is another key responsibility. The Cash Management Specialist will lead responses to bank Know Your Customer (KYC) queries, streamline documentation requirements, and ensure stakeholder cooperation. They will also track and resolve discrepancies in transactional banking fees.

To uphold treasury policies across areas such as fixed deposits, cash handling, and system access, the ideal candidate will oversee physical cash holdings and related insurance coverage. Ensuring timely submission of audit confirmations with banking partners is also essential.

We are looking for a collaborative professional with strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with 4 years of experience in corporate treasury operations, is required. Strong knowledge of treasury operations and cash management principles, as well as familiarity with financial software and tools used in treasury management, are essential.
