About the Role

Stryker Singapore Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team in APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading programs within the APAC IBP operations, interfacing with various functions such as Planning, Inventory, Excess & Obsolescence, and Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to identify programs and define program implications.
  • Independently scope projects, defining timelines, milestones, and resources to execute within the agreed brief.
  • Operate programs within the APAC IBP operations scope, and support the design and development of programs at a global impact level.
  • Manage program-level budgets and resources, and understand the impacts on achieving overall program goals.
  • Plan logistics and review cycles for programs, providing updates to management and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with and drive multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects with excellence and expediency, adhering to Stryker's quality standards.
  • Work with other program managers to drive best practices and controls in project management, raising the bar for project management standards at Stryker.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify and mitigate issues related to people change management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Project management accreditation, such as PMP or Prince2, is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar role in customer experience, planning, transport, manufacturing, engineering, or sustainability disciplines.
  • Experience leading a group or team, either directly or indirectly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to action.
  • Proven experience in scoping, running, and deploying programs into large businesses.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis experience based on lean principles.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools to support best practice project management.
