Job Opportunity:

The role of a Nurse is crucial in delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Staff Nurse. In this position, you will be responsible for providing home-based nursing services to elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular home visits and comprehensive assessments of elderly patients to identify their medical and nursing needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each patient.
  • Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and team members on various aspects of care and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes to inform future care decisions.
  • Manage and monitor patients' medical and nursing needs, ensuring timely interventions and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Professional certification or diploma in nursing, preferably gerontological nursing.
  • Current state registration with the relevant nursing board and a valid practicing certificate.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the eldercare sector, demonstrating expertise in clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Familiarity with working with the elderly and caregivers, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in local dialects is highly desirable.
