Site Operations Manager Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced site operations manager to join our team. The role will involve overseeing all earthworks activities, including soil disposal, lorry in and out, and record-keeping on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Develop and implement method statements for every work that requires it and submit to the consultant for approval.
  • Ensure the site operating manual is implemented accordingly.
  • Liaise with the project engineer for design and calculations for items or work required.
  • Coordinate with the resident technical officer for inspection approvals.
  • Attend sub-contractor queries on site and coordinate works.
  • Follow up on site closely with construction drawings and specifications and submission of request for information (RFI) with the consultant.
  • Supervise and inspect all civil works.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others.
