Civil Project Site Manager

The role of a Site Operations Manager involves overseeing the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of projects. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing master construction programs, preparing catch-up programs as needed, and supervising engineers and foremen to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
Additionally, this position entails checking the quality and quantity of work performed by subcontractors, preparing detailed programs for site teams to follow, resolving drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with technical teams, and coordinating between subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Site Operations Managers are responsible for planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecasting equipment, material, and manpower requirements, and controlling usage and wastages of resources.
This role requires adherence to safety practices in the workplace, as well as collaboration with consultants on submission-related matters and technical departments.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university;
- At least 6 years' experience in building (commercial) / civil (LTA) projects, with at least one full cycle of project completion;
- Experience with viaduct / canal / utilities diversion / traffic diversion is highly preferred;
- Mid-senior level employment opportunity;
