Enterprise Analytics Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy enterprise-level analytics data products using appropriate design strategies and methodologies
  • Collaborate with data science and product teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement efficient and scalable production software using languages like Python and Java
  • Partner with data management and security teams to ensure secure data handling and protection
  • Lead training and upskilling programs to enhance data engineering talent
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in leading high-performing data engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability as a strategic technical partner working across teams
  • Experience developing and nurturing data engineering talent through training and mentorship
  • Expert-level knowledge in computer science fundamentals and data engineering principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
