About the Team

We are a growing team at TikTok, responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our users. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling user feedback and safety inquiries, managing user issues, and providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional user experience by resolving issues and providing high-quality support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user inquiries and escalate complex issues.
  • Identify user needs and develop solutions to improve the overall user experience.
  • Conduct initial triage and fact identification to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in user support, escalation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, such as Business, Legal, or Public Policy.
  • Passion for helping users and a genuine interest in improving the user experience.
