Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems within properties.

  • Maintain and operate M&E equipment, including electrical wiring, fixtures, and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure all M&E equipment is properly maintained and operated.

This position offers the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external partners.

A strong background in facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field is required.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting regular inspections of M&E equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to complete repairs and replacements.
