We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail environment.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless interactions with walk-in clients, and providing personalized support to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service to all walk-in clients, ensuring a positive experience through personalized support and effective communication.
- Treatment Engagement: Conduct pre-treatment engagements such as welcoming clients by name, casual conversation, and offering refreshments to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule Management: Review and manage the daily treatment schedule, ensuring alignment with subsequent appointments and keeping relevant staff informed.
- Appointment Confirmation: Confirm and update future appointments in the system and communicate them to clients, ensuring accurate records and minimal disruptions.
- Administrative Tasks: Record sales, issue invoices, update customer profiles, document treatment plans, and signed agreements, maintaining accurate records and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee facility cleanliness, ensure availability of equipment and tools, and maintain inventory levels, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Cashier Duties: Manage cashier duties, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure full compliance with SOPs by staff, reporting any violations or policy breaches to the relevant supervisor.
- Training and Support: Support onboarding and training of new staff on SOPs and customer service practices, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Scheduling: Monitor and maintain customer appointment schedules, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing delays.
