Job Title: Business Growth Director

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive business expansion in the Data Center sector. This key role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance market share and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and build long-term partnerships with existing and new clients.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to ensure progress aligns with targets.
  • Lead and nurture the sales team to facilitate growth and development.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management review.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Data Center Equipment sector.
  • Proven track record of closing significant sales deals in Data Center Equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Regional experience in the Data Center Industry is advantageous.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle is required.
