Job Title: Locum Pharmacist

Join us as a Locum Pharmacist and become an integral part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications to patients, while also promoting their well-being.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

  2. You will participate in regular inpatient clinical rounds, medication reconciliation, dispensing medications, and counseling patients on their medication treatment.

  3. Communicate timely and accurate drug information, and provide education to patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effective medication use.

  4. Be involved in research/quality improvement efforts in your section.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist in Singapore
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people of all levels
