Job Title: Regional Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute regional PR & Advocacy initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Develop and implement effective launch activity and event strategies to drive business results.
  • Support local strategy development, including taskforce participation, brainstorming sessions, information gathering, and proposal creation.
  • Manage specific projects within larger campaigns and implement PR plans, providing creative input and innovative brand awareness ideas.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO PROVIDE PR SUPPORT AS REQUIRED.
  • Analyze campaign success and manage report collation to inform the wider business on local PR & Advocacy initiatives.
  • Manage regional and local master stakeholder lists, maintain key stakeholders' profiles, and develop new contacts important to the business and brand.
  • Oversee the regional press office, including press materials, collaterals, PR calendars, NPD product ordering, creative mailers, media pitching, product loan and shooting, makeup artist bookings.
  • Project manage influencer content collaboration and affiliate projects, content briefs to ensure quality and result-driven outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of PR experience.
  • A proven in-house background in Beauty, Luxury fashion PR is essential.
  • Solid organizational skills, great attention to detail, and result-driven attitude.
  • Flexible and professional approach, with strong team player qualities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong connections with local media, celebrities, socialites, and influencers.
  • Experience in the digital and social landscape, preferably with a Marketing, Communications or relevant degree.
