Senior Technical Solutions Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Expert to support the implementation and maintenance of our integrated healthcare software suite in Singapore.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to customers, helping them navigate their Epic software applications and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with technical questions and issues related to their software and operating systems
- Provide configuration and infrastructure analysis, making recommendations for optimization
- Proactively monitor customer systems, identifying areas for improvement and planning upgrades and feature deployments
- Oversee testing, diagnose and resolve technical problems, and reconfigure software or infrastructure as needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support for Epic software, including go-live and version upgrade support
- Certifications in relevant Epic software applications and Chronicles Database Programmer and Cache
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills
- Strong project management competencies, including team coordination and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to pass Epic's standard pre-hire assessment test
- Demonstrated judgment in handling escalations
