The successful candidate will assist in executing regional marketing launch campaigns across various channels, including communications, digital, social media, and offline activations/events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of regional marketing launch campaigns.
  • Coordinate with regional market and distribution partner teams to integrate campaign elements seamlessly.
  • Support market research to derive best practices on digital and social media platforms.
  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics.
  • Support in marketing operations and administration.

Requirements:

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A genuine interest in fragrances and beauty.
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and open to learning.
  • High degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement, and keen attention to detail.
  • Able to commit full-time for one year, beginning April 2025.
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications, or other relevant fields.
