The role involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, modification, and replacement of hospital facilities, M&E services, and non-clinical equipment. Key responsibilities include ensuring outsourced maintenance agents perform according to prescribed KPIs, auditing and monitoring maintenance services standards, supporting cyclical and improvement projects, and coordinating upgrades of systems and equipment components.

  • Responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, and modification of hospital facilities, M&E services, and non-clinical equipment.
  • Ensures that outsourced maintenance agents adhere to established performance standards and maintain good maintenance practices.
  • Audits and monitors maintenance services standards to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Supports the implementation of cyclical and improvement projects to enhance hospital facilities and services.
  • C coordinate upgrades of systems and equipment components to improve efficiency and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing M&E services in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of M&E systems and hands-on experience.
  • Fire safety certification or relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
