Job Title: Senior Lending Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned lending expert to oversee SME loan portfolios and ensure prudent financial management practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing SME loan applications, analysing financial statements, business performance, and industry trends, recommending lending structures and terms aligned with risk policies, monitoring loan performance, identifying early warning signs of default, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.

To achieve this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, knowledge of SME financing practices, and familiarity with regulations such as MAS. A minimum of 5 years' experience in credit risk or credit assessment within financial services is required.

  • A Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
