Financial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the full set of accounts for assigned entities within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other related financial data.
- Purchase Invoicing and Expense Claims: Process purchase invoices and staff expense claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Closing and Reporting: Ensure accurate and prompt month-end financial closing and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and other relevant reports.
- Cash Flow Monitoring and Sales Reconciliation: Perform daily cash flow monitoring and sales reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Intercompany Transactions and Billing: Handle intercompany transactions and billing processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Strong Financial Analysis and Planning Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external parties, and senior management.
- Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate financial records.
