Job Title: Content Specialist

Crafting engaging and informative content for a cutting-edge platform is a pivotal role in its success. As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and educational materials that inspire users to build, explore, and innovate.

We're seeking an exceptional writer who can convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You'll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to develop content that showcases our features and empowers our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop End-to-End Documentation: Own the lifecycle of our platform's documentation, including user-facing help pages and feature guides.
  • Make Features Discoverable: Write clear, concise, and compelling help documentation for every feature of our Exchange, ensuring users can unlock its full potential.
  • Translate Complex Concepts: Transform intricate technical ideas into accessible examples and guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of new features and updates. Establish and maintain documentation standards for voice, tone, and style.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
  • Domain expertise in crypto trading and/or exchange platforms is beneficial.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to explain complex topics with clarity and impact.
  • Ability to read and understand code in multiple programming languages.
  • Strong collaboration skills—you're comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
