Salon Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of our hair salon.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a hair salon as a senior stylist, with at least 1 year of sales consultant experience. They should possess excellent communication skills to promote hair service packages and products to customers, as well as the ability to train new colleagues effectively.

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily operations and administration of the salon.
  • Providing professional hair cuts and other hair care services.
  • Knowledge of scalp care is crucial for success in this role.
  • Promoting hair service packages and products to customers requires excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to train new colleagues is also vital.
  • Leading a team to achieve store sales and KPI targets, evaluating performance, and establishing plans to increase sales.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays is necessary.
