Job Title: Storekeeper (2 years contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Storekeeper to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts and materials on board our FPSO vessel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to all job requirements for the position of Storekeeper;
  2. Minimum 13 years' experience operating in the Oil and Gas industry;
  3. Minimum 11 years' experience working offshore as a Storekeeper;
  4. Organize and coordinate all materials with quality and effectiveness;
  5. Manage the quality of materials at the entrance and exit of the Warehouse and organize them in the store;
  6. Keep records of manifests of the total cargo hoisted on board, or dropped in the unit;
  7. Strictly manage the minimum and maximum levels of all spare parts and materials to maintain effective control and high standards of quality;
  8. Prepare IHRs as required;
  9. Strictly maintain the AMOS system to reflect accurately the levels of stock and descriptions follow up of all Purchase Orders that have been issued and not delivered within the specified time frames;
  10. Examine the manifests of spare parts coming on board and update the records of MROB and AMOS to reflect exactly what was received;
  11. Compare all material received with the descriptions and specifications of the P/O before accepting them;
  12. Must have availability to go to China to visit the shipyard;
  13. Experience with Offshore is preferred;
  14. Experience with FPSO is preferred;
  15. Required availability to move to Brazil and work offshore for the FPSO operation;
  16. Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred;
  17. Immediate availability preferred;
  18. Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required;
  19. Availability to move to Brazil.
