Job Title: Social Media Marketing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences on various social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and goals, showcasing expertise in crafting magnetic content that captivates and entertains.
  2. Ideation and Pitching: Generate original video content ideas that redefine digital norms, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
  3. Event Representation: Represent our company as the lead social media person at relevant industry events, fostering connections and building relationships with key influencers and partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, Little Red Book, and WeChat.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of running successful social media accounts for brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and engaging content.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators within the entertainment, nightlife, and F&B community.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
