Requirements:

  • ">
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Material Science, or equivalent, with 2+ years' experience in mechanical product analysis and development.">
  • Proficient in CAD/CAE tools and experienced in structural (FEA), plastic molding, and modal/vibration analyses.">
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics and material strength; experience with FEA automation or machine learning is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with measurement and data acquisition tools.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk identification skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and contribute to FMEA sessions.">
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present ideas and coach less experienced engineers.">
  • Collaborative team player, passionate about FEA automation and analytics, open to feedback and knowledge sharing.">
