Chiropractic Assistant Front Desk Coordinator

Overview

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences in a chiropractic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients professionally and create a welcoming environment.
  • Check in patients handle registration and payment processes efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls emails text messages and patient inquiries.
  • Coordinate patient schedules appointments and bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and databases.
  • Handle cash credit card transactions and other payment methods.
  • Respond to patient concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with chiropractors and staff for smooth operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry filing and scanning documents.
  • Maintain a clean organized reception area.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and Mandarin preferable.
  • 1 Year experience in a chiropractic or healthcare clinic an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
