Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of the hearing aid store

• Generate warm leads, handle calls and inquiries, and recommend products to meet the needs of potential customers

• Approachable and engage prospects to secure appointments for the sales team

• Complete simple stocktaking and cashiering duties

• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Singaporean GCE N/O level qualification with credit in English and Chinese
  • Strong skills in telemarketing and face-to-face customer service
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and target-driven approach
  • Eagerness to learn and strong knowledge of our company's products
