Roles & Responsibilities

 Hearing Evaluation & Diagnosis:

  • Conduct hearing tests to assess patient hearing conditions.
  • Provide accurate diagnosis and recommend appropriate solutions based on findings.

 Patient Needs Assessment & Support:

  • Understand patient needs through consultations and personal assessments.
  • Counsel patients and their families on hearing health and solutions.

 Hearing Aid Fitting & Programming:

  • Fit and dispense hearing aids based on individual hearing conditions.
  • Program hearing aids to optimize performance for each patient's needs.

 Customer Care & Follow-up:

  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up, ensuring patients are comfortable with their hearing aids.
  • Make reminder and follow-up calls, including on usage, maintenance, and other customer needs (e.g., birthdays, KIV cases).

 Troubleshooting & Repair Management:

  • Troubleshoot hearing instruments technical issues
  • Sending items for laboratory repair if necessary.

 Clinic Operations & Financial Management:

  • Manage daily clinic operations in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure smooth cash flow management, branch target achievement, and financial tasks (invoicing, payments, tax refunds).

 Record Keeping & Documentation:

  • Administer diagnostic test reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scanning, reporting, and maintaining patient records.

 Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Replenish and manage stock levels for hearing aids and accessories.

 Home Visits & Others:

  • Conduct home visits as required for patients who need assistance at their residences.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support clinic functions and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional Certificate in Industry Audiometry.
  • Some experience in retail sales or in hearing healthcare.
  • Customers- oriented
  • Good phone etiquettes and communication skills
  • Pleasant disposition and strong passion in healthcare
  • Sales-driven
