Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Senior Engineer to join our Research and Development team. This individual will contribute to the design and innovation of data capture devices, industrial controllers, and robots. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics hardware development and be able to manage existing products with quality improvement, feature enhancement, cost optimization, and customization.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for development of electronics hardware for industrial controller products
• Engage in development activities including design/implementation of circuits, troubleshooting of designs, conducting validation/compliance tests, and creation of design/product documentation
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and scope project deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related qualification. Minimum 7 years of experience in related role for Hardware development. Demonstrated skills in the hardware development process, including circuit simulation & design, component de-rating, hardware debug & release. Experience with electronic hardware design tools such as schematic capture (Mentor Graphics or similar), PCB design, timing analysis, and signal integrity. Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a plus. Experience in Industrial Products design and development and/or Product Certification will have an added advantage. Experience in embedded design with microcontroller/ASIC/FPGA will have an added advantage.
