Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist - Inventory Management to assist in the procurement of goods and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders, correspond with suppliers, and source materials and equipment
- Liaise directly with warehouse personnel to effectively monitor and replenish raw materials and packaging materials for daily operations
- Resolve issues related to material quality, specification, and quantity with vendors
- Assist in preparing and checking import documents to ensure timely customs clearance of goods
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems within the department
Requirements:
- Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in purchasing/sourcing is an asset
Working Hours and Benefits:
- 8:30am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Transport provided at Pioneer MRT station
- Medical and dental benefits
Estimated Salary: SGD $35,000 - SGD $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including performance bonuses and opportunities for professional growth and development.
