As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for guests. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and efficient service while maintaining high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a positive atmosphere from the outset.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, including daily specials, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, communicating clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly and guests receive excellent service throughout their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with other waitstaff, kitchen personnel, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout shifts.
- Anticipate and address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and care, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
