Client Relationship Manager

Job Description:

  • Work with our team to manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client business requirements to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Attend to client enquiries and provide prompt responses to their needs.
  • Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
  • Follow up closely to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from clients.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet clients' operational requirements.
  • Initiate continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular business reports to management and clients.
  • Participate in demand planning with clients as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in order management or customer service.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across different regions.
